Terms of Service

NextLife is a relocation intelligence platform providing AI-powered tools, city comparison and analysis features, budget and salary calculators, and a marketplace connecting individuals with independent service providers including realtors, lenders, and movers.

NextLife is a software platform only. We are not a real estate broker, mortgage lender, financial advisor, or moving company. We do not represent buyers or providers in any transaction and do not participate in or oversee any agreement between users and providers.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use NextLife. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. NextLife reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

You agree to use NextLife only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform through automated means
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the platform's AI logic, matching systems, or underlying code
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users or providers
• Misuse the AI assistant — including attempts to extract proprietary logic or manipulate outputs
• Interfere with the platform's operation, security, or infrastructure
• Impersonate another person, provider, or entity
• Upload or share harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or not applicable to your specific circumstances. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. NextLife is not liable for any outcome resulting from reliance on AI features.

City data, cost-of-living estimates, salary comparisons, and other data presented on the platform are sourced from third-party datasets and may not be accurate, current, or complete. NextLife does not guarantee the accuracy of any data displayed. All platform content is provided “as is” for general informational purposes only.

NextLife does not endorse, certify, or guarantee any provider or their services; control or oversee provider communications with users; participate in or supervise any transaction between a user and a provider; or guarantee provider availability, performance, or response times. Any agreement you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider.

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs or city data
• The quality, responsiveness, or results from any provider
• The volume or quality of leads received by providers
• Financial outcomes, salary projections, or budget estimates
• Platform uptime or uninterrupted access
• Successful relocation, real estate transactions, or lending approvals

All content, features, systems, and technology within the NextLife platform — including the AI matching logic, scoring algorithms, city datasets, user interface, design, and branding — are the exclusive property of NextLife and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform but grant NextLife a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the platform.

In no event shall NextLife's total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to NextLife in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).

The NextLife platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextLife and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a service provider.

NextLife reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. If you have a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period with no partial refunds. Sections 9–13 and 15–17 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of NextLife shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
